An astonishing specimen of gemmy dioptase crystals from Pimbi hill, Mindouli, Republic of Congo - Brazzaville. This specimen was mined more that 30 years ago by a geologist and stored. The crystals are strongly glassy lustrous with a gorgeous dark emerald-green color and very sharp, perfectly terminated crystals. The quality is superb - the crystals are gemmy with marvelous neon-green nuances. The specimen is amazing. Better in person. In very good condition – some small nicks and contacts.
