Very uncommon specimen of white opaque grossular garnet crystals to 3mm from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The garnet crystals are completely opaque and porcelain, with good matt luster and sharp rhombic decahedral habit. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.
