An attractive specimen of high quality gmelinite pseudomorph decorated with analcime crystals from Five Islands, Nova Scotia, Canada. Gmelinite is pseudomorphed after chabazite. Some areas are an epimorph of hollow cast left after the chabazite dissolved. Gmelinite has salmon color, strong glassy luster and some gemminess. The analcime crystals are well isolated, vitreous and gemmy. They are water clear. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
