A beautiful specimen of baryte from a new find in Marsanges Mine, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. It displays sharp tabular baryte crystals to 20mm, sitting on a white base. They have a vivid yellow-orange color and a strong sparkling luster. They have rhombohedral shape and multiple terminations. Some colorless fluorite cubes and quartz crystals are seen on the back side. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
Marvelous!
