A magnificent specimen of high quality baryte crystals from Cerro Warihuyn, Peru. The specimen comes from the collection of Jean Des Rivieres, Quebec, Canada with a label. It displays one superb, dominant, 36mm crystal. It makes an excellent focal point at the top of the base. Other crystals are seen on the back side. The crystals have a very sharp tabular shape, perfectly defined faces and edges. They are glassy lustrous, completely transparent and gemmy. The baryte has a rich and saturated amber color. It shows aesthetically all over 360 degree. In superb condition. On acrylic base.
