A beautiful specimen of mirror lustrous galena cubes decorated with marvelous calcite crystals from a superb find in Krushev dol mine, Madan ore field, Bulgaria. The mines in Madan produce some of the finest galena in the world and this is a choice specimen. It displays sharp, well formed galena cubes. They have an excellent brilliance and light reflection. Lustrous rhombohedral calcite crystals grow densely above. They are colored by micro unidentified inclusions in rusty-orange which gives a nice colorfulness. In excellent condition.
