A beautiful specimen of high quality dioptase crystals to 11mm from Kandesei, Kaokoveld Plateau, Namibia. The dioptases are strongly glassy lustrous with a gorgeous dark emerald-green color and very sharp, perfectly terminated crystals. Some are doubly terminated. The quality is superb - the crystals are gemmy with marvelous neon-green nuances. The crystals form an elegant spray on a small quartz base. It displays attractively all over 360 degree. In very good condition – some small nick on the back side crystal. On acrylic base.
