An extremely rare specimen of rich blue spertiniite from Linares, Andalusia Spain. Spertiniite is an uncommon copper hydroxide. It is named after Francesco Spertini – the famous chief geologist of the Jeffrey mine Quebec, Canada (the type locality). It displays a base covered with small crystals of spertiniite with a very intense blue color. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
