A beautiful specimen of baryte from a new find in Marsanges Mine, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. It displays sharp tabular baryte crystals to 24mm, sitting on a white quartz base. They have a vivid yellow color and strong sparkling luster. They have rhombohedral shape and multiple terminations. Some purple fluorite is seen on the back side. In excellent condition.
