A very unusual floater crystal of grossular garnet from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. It is complete all over with no contact points, which is quite rare for Jeffrey mine. The crystal is 18mm, translucent to transparent at the tip, with a strong luster. It has a nice orange color. It has a very unusual habit too. It displays attractively all over. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In excellent condition.

Unique!
