The famous Okorusu mine, Namibia produces splendid fluorite with phantoms and this is an amazing specimen. It displays fluorite cubes with colorful phantoms inside the crystals. The fluorites are matt lustrous and transparent. The striking beauty in this specimen is the phantoms which pop out when properly lighted. They have an incredibly intense purple-lavender color surrounded by cream-yellow areas. The phantoms have a sharp geometrical shape. The intensity of the color variation is very pleasing. It shows beautifully from many angles. In excellent condition – some minor nicks.
