A wonderful specimen from a new find of rich olive-green sphalerite var. cleiophane crystals from the famous Madan ore field, Bulgaria. The cleiophanes are lustrous, gem, chunky and they contrast very well on the white base formed by calcite. They have glassy faces that beautifully reflect the light. They are twinned. Small chalcopyrite crystals enrich the display. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
