A superb skeletal galena specimen from this closed mine - 9th Septemvri mine, Madan ore field, Bulgaria – the only one that makes these structures. It displays very attractive stepped growth, forming gorgeous terraced structures. The galena cubes are matt, well formed and they have a sharp geometry. Yellow chalcopyrite and black sphalerite crystals form the base. The main galena cubes form an excellent focal point at the top. In very good condition.
