A beautiful specimen of dioptase crystals decorated with a colorless calcite from Mindouli, Republic of Congo - Brazzaville. The dioptase crystals are brilliantly lustrous with an intense emerald-green color up to 16mm. Some of them are doubly terminated. The crystals are gemmy with marvelous neon green nuances. Transparent calcite crystals cover the top. The contrast is very strong with a wonderful colorfulness. It displays attractively all over 360 degree. In very good condition – some minor nicks and contacts. On acrylic base.
