Diamonds like jewel of rare colorless garnet var. grossular crystals to 7mm with diopside needles from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The colorless garnets are among the rarest in the world. The grossular crystals are super gem, completely transparent and clear like water. They have a rhombic dodecahedral sharp crystallization and glassy luster. The diopside needles are very fine and colorless. It displays beautifully all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In excellent condition – some minor contacts. On acrylic base.
