A beautiful specimen of azurite from this uncommon location – Sierra Rica, Chihuahua, Mexico. The specimen comes from the collection of Jean Des Rivieres, Quebec, Canada with a label. It features three spherical clusters of azurite crystals forming attractive rosettes. They are lustrous and very sparkling with a dark blue color to some electric royal-blue. The stand is very aesthetic. In very good condition – some base part contacts. On acrylic base.
