Excellent crystals of zunyite from a recent find in Qalat-e Payeen (Qalat-e Bala) salt dome, Bandar Abbas, Iran. Zunyite is a rare mineral. The quality is outstanding and these are among the best zunyite crystals ever found. It displays one dominant complete all over tetrahedral zunyite crystal of 17mm. Above grow smaller crystals. The crystals are sharp with pleasing brick-red to sandy color and pretty beveled corners. The most amazing aspect is the geometrical perfection. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
