Pleasing orange colored grossular garnets to 9mm attractively growing with diopside and pectolite from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The grossular crystals are transparent, gem quality with a superb luster and a pleasing medium rich color. They have a rhombic dodecahedral habit with a sharp crystallization and pretty beveled edges. Green diopside crystals cover the base. An uncommon addition is white pectolite needles. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In superb condition. On acrylic base.

Marvelous!
