A gorgeous pink fluorite specimen from this classic Switzerland locality – Goscheneralp, Uri. Highly desirable and rare. The piece comes from a superb recent find. It displays one main exquisite fluorite crystal of 11mm sitting aesthetically at the top of white K feldspar var. adularia base. It forms an excellent focal point. The crystal has a sharp octahedral habit. The fluorite has a marvelous tender pink color with matt luster. It is translucent to transparent. A green chlorite group mineral covers part of the base. In very good condition – some contacts on the back side. On acrylic base.
