Beautiful specimen of hubnerite and quartz from this classic Peruvian locality - Huayllapon Mine, Pasto Bueno District. The specimen comes from the collection of Jean Des Rivieres, Quebec, Canada with a label. The hubnerite crystals are sharp and lustrous blades with black color. They intergrown with transparent and water clear quartz crystals. The quartz crystals are sharp, well shaped and glassy lustrous. The hubnerites are well isolated and contrast nicely. It displays attractively all over 360 degree. In excellent condition.
