Sculptural specimen of Marcasite, Baryte and Chalcopyrite from Bou Nahas Mine, Morocco. It displays metallic Marcasite crystals with a strong luster. They form a stem on which grows a mushroom like cap with Chalcopyrite and Baryte decoration at the top. Some Marcasite crystals have cool iridescence in blue and green. The Baryte crystals are colorless, sharp rhombohedral crystals with a strong glassy luster. They are transparent and vitreous. Micro crystals of yellow Chalcopyrite form a partial coating at the top. It shows attractively all over 360 degree. In very good condition – some small contacts. On acrylic base.
