Fabulous thumbnail specimen of very rare Garnet var. Grossular with grass green phantom from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The Grossular crystal is very gem with grass-green core which is result of Chromium and surrounded by transparent colorless areas. The crystal have rhombic dodecahedral sharp crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible contrast. The green cored Garnets are among the most unusual and rare Jeffrey mine Garnets.
