Marvelous specimen of Quartz var. Amethyst scepter from this less common Bulgarian locality - Chala Mine, Spachievo ore field, Bulgaria. It displays elongated irregular scepter Amethyst crystals with good luster and many surface striations. The coloration varies from light purple to colorless. Some small Pyrite crystals grow above. Complete all over. In superb condition. On acrylic base.
