Superb specimen of gem Sphalerite var. Cleiophane from the famous Bou Azer, Morocco. It comes from a small recent find in Ait Ahmane mine. It displays Cleiophane crystals with good gemminess and rich yellow color. They have from lustrous to more matt faces. The crystals are twinned. In very good condition – some small nicks. On acrylic base.
