Marvelous specimen of sharp Garnet var. Andradite crystals on Hedenbergite base and decorated with Quartz crystal from Serifos Island, Greece. It displays rhombic dodecahedral Andradite crystals up to 11mm, nestled on green Hedenbergite. The Garnets are with pleasant brown color, very well crystallized, with sharp edges and matt lustrous. The matrix is of parallel Hedenbergite columns, growing in a cluster. The Quartz crystal is well shaped and it gives a nice accent. In very good condition – some small side contacts.
