Fantastic specimen of gem Garnet var. Grossular var. Chromian on the front side and some green chromian phantoms on the back side from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The crystals are transparent and gem up to 3mm. They have deep and saturated grass-green color due to Chromium. The Garnets are with sharp crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible color. They sparkle nicely. On the back they are transparent and colorless with light green chromian phantoms. Fine Grossular from this closed mine.
