Marvelous specimen of Adamite var. Cuprian Adamite from a recent find in the famous Lavrion District, Greece. It displays well formed spherical botryoidal habit. The Adamite balls are very sparkling with intense blue-green color to paler areas due to coating of micro Calcite crystals. The Calcite appears white in some zones. Rare now Adamite from this closed mine. In excellent condition – some outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.

Wonderful novelty!
