Marvelous specimen of gem Hessonite Garnets with Diopside and Clinochlore from Bellecombe, Aosta Valley, Italy. The Hessonite crystals are gem with rich and very saturated orange-brown color. They have very sharp rhombic-dodecahedral crystallization with strong glassy luster and nicely reflect the light. Green Clinochlore rosettes and Diopside crystals add a nice accent. In very good condition - some outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.
