Superb specimen of skeletal Galena decorated with Chalcopyrite, Sphalerite and Pyrite from the famous Madan ore field, Bulgaria. It displays very attractive and geometrical arrangement of stacked and aligned Galena overgrowing each other. Excellent parallel growth of cubes and elongated tetragonal prisms on different axes. They grow one atop other forming amazing terraced structures. The faces are matt lustrous. Attractive decoration is yellow Chalcopyrite crystals. Brassy Pyrite cubes are seen inside the Chalcopyrite. They are lustrous. Black Sphalerite is seen too. In very good condition – some nicks and contacts.
