Wonderful specimen of Corundum var. Ruby crystals on black Muscovite from Zazafotsy Quarry, Madagascar. The Ruby crystals up to 21mm sit attractively at the top of the Muscovite base and they form an excellent focal point. They have rich purple color, good prismatic shape and are complete all over. The luster is strong. In very good condition – some natural imperfections. On acrylic base.
