Superb lustrous crystals of Garnet var. Andradite var. Melanite from Sokolovskoe Iron Mine, Kazakhstan. The Melanites are black with perfect, razor-sharp, truncated, rhombic dodecahedral crystallization. They have strong luster and up to 8mm big. Some nicks and contacts.
