Beautiful specimen of X growing bi-color Vesuvianite crystals from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The crystals are gemmy, up to 29mm long with charming color variations from purple to apple-green. The Vesuvianite has glassy luster and it is very well crystallized. It displays aesthetically all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In very good condition – some contacts at the lower part. On acrylic base.
Fabulous Vesuvianite!
