They have splendid color variation from blue color to rich purple. The Fluorapatite crystals are water clear, transparent and gem with an amazing purity. They are vitreous and extremely glassy lustrous with sparkling striations. They are perfect barrel crystals with flat caps. Some caps have interesting etching. Some crystals are doubly terminated.
