Beautiful specimen of spiky twinned Calcite crystals with Hematite inclusions from Leiping Mine, Hunan. The superb Calcite crystals are glassy lustrous, colorless, water clear and transparent. They have very sharp habit and they are twinned. Brown Hematite inclusions form marvelous phantoms. Some red-brown Hematite grows on the Calcite which adds pleasing colorfulness.
