Superb quality gem Sphalerite var. Cleiophane crystals up to 5mm sitting attractively on Quartz base from the famous Madan ore field, Bulgaria. The Cleiophanes are water clear, transparent and gem. They are glassy lustrous with rich olive-green-yellow color and darker honey-brown phantoms. They are well crystallized and the white Quartz base gives a strong contrast. Some contacts and small nicks.
