Gorgeous jewel of orange colored Grossular Garnets attractively growing with green Clinochlore from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. This is more uncommon combo from Jeffrey mine. The Grossular crystals are up to 2mm, transparent, gem quality with superb luster and pleasant color. They have perfect rhombic dodecahedral crystal habit. The Clinochlore crystals are well developed in rosette clusters with green color. Some fine Diopsides needles are seen as inclusions in the Garnets. The high quality of the minerals gives fascinating display. For references see 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
