Wonderful specimen of bi-color Vesuvianite crystals from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The Vesuvianite crystals have from purple color to pleasing apple-green areas. They are gemmy with strong glassy luster. The crystals are very well shaped and terminated. The piece is complete all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In very good condition – some small contacts. On acrylic base.
Fascinating!
