Gorgeous Quartz var. Amethyst specimen from this famous Mexican locality - Veracruz. It displays standing vertically Amethyst crystals on the both sides of a thin crust with sculptural 360 degree exposition. They have rich violet colored tips with strong transparency and colorless cloudy bases. The crystals on the other side are colorless. The crystals are very well formed, sharp and free-standing. The quality is very high, with nice color and sparkling glassy luster. In excellent condition – some small contacts.
