Wonderful specimen of Garnet var. Andradite on Hedenbergite from Serifos Island, Greece. It displays rhombic dodecahedral Andradite crystals up to 11mm nested on green Hedenbergite. The Garnets are with pleasant red-brown color, very well crystallized, with sharp edges and matt lustrous. The matrix is of parallel Hedenbergite columns growing in a cluster. In superb condition.
