Superb specimen of colorful Coquimbite decorated with Halotrichite over Krausite base from amazing find in Monte Arsiccio Mine, Tuscany, Italy. The piece comes from unique new find of the “Great Sulphates Geode” in December 2108 and not offered on the market till now. It displays Coquimbite crystals up to 8mm growing in a cluster at the top. They have rich purple color. They are translucent with strong luster. Above them grow minor white Halotrichite needles. Tobacco colored small crystals of Krausite form the base. In order to preserve the specimen for a long time it must be stored in a box in dark place. In very good condition – some contacts. On acrylic base.
Fabulous!
