Top quality cluster of gemmy Dioptase crystals to 20mm from Pimbi hill, Mindouli, Republic of Congo - Brazzaville. This specimen was mined more that 30 years ago by a geologist and stored. The crystals are strongly glassy lustrous with gorgeous dark emerald-green color and very sharp, perfectly terminated crystals. The quality is superb - the crystals have gem tips with marvelous neon-green nuances. The specimen displays beautifully. Better in person. In very good condition – some minor nicks and outside edge contacts.
