Beautiful specimen of Azurite crystals forming elegant sprays from the famous Touissit, Morocco. It comes from the collection of Sandro Maggia, Italy with a label. It displays splendid Azurite blades forming radial sprays. They are from strongly lustrous to matt. The color ranges from dark blue to some electric royal-blue. Some areas have been pseudomorphed by velvet green Malachite. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 6. In excellent condition – some natural imperfections.
