Choice specimen of Lazulite from the famous phosphate deposits of Yukon. Lazulite is a rare magnesium aluminum phosphate and some of the finest come from this locality. The Lazulite crystal is sharp, highly lustrous, very well formed, monoclinic, deep indigo blue color, 15mm big. The crystal has gemmy areas with marvelous royal blue nuances. Small brown Siderite crystals form the base. The crystal is complete all over and forms an aesthetic focal point at the top. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
Superb!
