Beautiful stalactite of Azurite with Malachite pseudomorph growing on water clear Quartz crystal from Mecissi, Morocco. The transparent Quartz crystal is razor sharp and well formed. It is covered at the tip with lenticular Azurite forming nice rosette aggregates with dark royal blue color. Some Azurite zones are pseudomorphed by green velvet Malachite. This gives superb contrast. It displays attractively all over 360 degree. The quartz is stabilized to prevent detaching. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
