Gem specimen of V twinned Diaspore from Selcuk, Mugla Province, Turkey. These classic and rare Turkish Diaspores are considered to be the finest examples of the species. The crystal is 13 carats (2,6 grams). It displays nicely twinned crystal growing in V shape. The Diaspore blades have light champagne-beige color with good transparency and gemminess. They are highly lustrous with good striations. Some damages. On acrylic base.
