Not often seen specimen of Anapaite crystals on a matrix from the famous Kerch Peninsula, Crimea, Russia. It comes from the collection of Sandro Maggia, Italy with a label. The rare calcium-iron phosphate Anapaite has well formed crystals in nice rosettes. They completely cover the matrix. The Anapaite has olive-green color, strong luster, some transparency and sparkle nicely. In very good condition – one small damaged area at the base part.
