Beautiful specimen displaying superb Smoky Quartz crystals standing on a white Microcline base and decorated with gem Spessartine Garnets from Tongbei, Fujian Province, China. The Spessartine crystals are gem and bright with rich orange color. They have sharp rhombic dodecahedral habit up to 4mm. The Smoky Quartz crystals are very sharp, lustrous, transparent and clear with very dark smoky-black color. The stand is very aesthetic, sculptural and balanced with strong contrast. In excellent condition – some minor nicks. On acrylic base.
