Attractive specimen of Quartz var. Amethyst scepter from this less common Bulgarian locality - Chala Mine, Spachievo ore field, Bulgaria. It displays elongated irregular scepter Amethyst crystal with good luster and many surface striations. The coloration varies from bright purple to colorless - more intense at the lower part.
