Charming small jewel of Garnet var. Grossular var. Chromian with minor black Chromite inclusions from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The crystals are gem and clear up to 2mm. They have deep and saturated grass-green color due to Chromium to some lighter green areas. The Garnets are with sharp rhombic dodecahedral crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible color. Fine thumbnail from this closed mine. Displays all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In superb condition. On acrylic base.
