Aesthetic specimen of pristine Corundum var. Ruby crystal on a black Muscovite base from Zazafotsy Quarry, Fianarantsoa Province, Madagascar. The crystal is 10mm and it has rich fuchsia-purple color. It is sharp and very well terminated hexagonal crystal with flat cap. The luster is very strong. It displays some gemminess. In good condition – some small nicks. On acrylic base.
